Natural Paws

The majority of dogs and cats eat the same processed foods full of toxins and additives every day of their lives. They are then vaccinated annually and doused with flea killer products. Please read what Dr. Martin Goldstein or Dr. Richard Pitcairn have to say about health, diets and feeding your pet (both books available in the bookstore or get them from your local library).

Fergus, my mutt, probably Golden Retriever and HuskyI feed my dog and cat primarily supplements and food from Wysong but have also used Natura's Innova for the cat for years. There are myriad of choices out there now; read up on the subject, read the labels, and try not to get fooled by fancy marketing. Your pets' lives are at stake.

I just recently switched Fergus the dog to a raw food (B.A.R.F.) diet on the advice of Dr. Seeyle, DVM; he loves it and is doing well on it.

I am having a bit of a time switching my 10 year old cat Bono to the same, or even getting him to consistently eat wet/canned food; I am taking it day by meow-ing day...for now, Bono is on Wysong diets, rotated, and simply refuses to eat just about any wet or raw food (sigh).

But he does catch the occasional vole or snake in the backyard - so I guess he isn't completely a dry food addict and therefore less of a health worry.
